All products listed on acipur.com are industrial-grade climate preservation systems manufactured by SYPRO International. Specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be received in full before shipment. For institutional buyers, alternative payment terms may be arranged upon request.

4. Pricing

Prices are listed in USD. Institutional buyers (archives, museums, libraries, government entities) may qualify for bulk pricing — contact sales@syprointl.com for a quote.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and product weight. Heavy equipment (e.g., CJS-HP100B) requires freight shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

7. Warranty

Acipur products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period specified in the product documentation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
