Returns
Due to the specialized nature of our industrial dehumidification and acid-removal equipment, all returns require prior authorization. Please contact us at sales@syprointl.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return request.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Custom-configured systems are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method, less a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
